About Me 

Hi! I'm so glad you are here. I'm Desirée. I'm a documenter, a photographer, a story-teller, and a filmmaker. Before I started my photography business, I got my Master's degree in marketing. Before that, I was an on-air personality. I believe in capturing joy and celebrating everyday moments.

 

Here are a few super important details about me: I love a good love story. My Mom and Nan introduced me to romance novels and Diet Rite, and to this day, they are still two of my favorite items. My first-ever camera was a Polaroid that my Dad got me while visiting NYC. It was magic and a present I'll never forget.

 

I like deep thinkers with light personalities and witty jokes. I believe in love notes, kind words, and thoughtful surprises. Learning through travel is one of my fav ways to spend my time. Three of my favorite adventures have to be my time in Australia, Disney cruising, and Hawaii. I definitely love a destination photoshoot. It's a great way to remember a magical time.

 

When I'm not out documenting other families' memories or helping brand clients tell their stories, you'll find me exploring my memories, looking at old photos and videos that capture times of love, joy, and fun...3 things that are on brand for DVP!
